Veto11. If you want a Snider receiver with a block to take an extra long cartridge I have one that is 3/16" longer. PM me if you are interested.

terrylee That is a very nice carbine - it has the look of the JC & A Lord carbines from Nepal, (Probably Birmingham made, retailed by Lord) with the metal finger rest which I find most appealing....

Sven, Barrels do turn up from time to time. (In .577 Snider) I do not know what the regulations are for sending them to you though. Maybe someone here has a decent barrel they could part with.

Veto, How far from the netherlands are you? I have 2 barrels in the spare parts pile, they are imperfect for sure but maybe suitable to get you started.

Veto, I am in France so it would be a movement within the EU. In France a Snider is a category D2 weapon so is unregulated.
